This starts off like a bad joke but it’s as serious as can be…

What do the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and the Democrat Party’s Vision for America all have in common?

Lots of things it turns out.

But nothing more so than One Party Rule

One Party Rule is Tyrannical

Every one of those countries was/is a one party rule State. The Soviet Union had the Communist Party as does Cuba. In North Korea it’s the Worker’s Party of Korea. Hussein had his Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party and Venezuela has the United Socialist Party of Venezuela. Nazi Germany of course had the National Socialist German Workers Party.

And in the United States we have the Democrat Party. A Party that is very close to having their dream of a Totalitarian Single Party State realized with the introduction of H.R.1, otherwise known as the For the People Act of 2021. This would allow the Leftists to turn the U.S. into a country not unlike their heroes listed above.

And the Act wastes no time in establishing the basis for one party Democrat rule with the very first provision being the requirement that people are allowed to register to vote via the internet.

Does anyone really believe that using the internet to register people to vote won’t result in untold millions of people, who should not be eligible to vote, being suddenly able to exercise one of our most cherished duties as a free people? Does anyone really believe that the power hungry politicians of the left won’t use internet voting registration to permanently skew every election going forward in their favor thereby establishing their long sought one party rule State?

With internet voter registration the opportunity for fraud would be endless. And nothing the totalitarians in Congress say should convince you that this online voter registration scheme would be secure. In March of 2020, for example, the adult streaming service CAM4 had its server breached and close to 11 BILLIION, yes BILLION, records were hacked. Breaches like this happen more frequently than you may know. And you think the people in government would be able to protect you online? If they even wanted to? No. Registering people to vote through the internet will be designed so that those with a history of cheating, like the Democrat Party, would be able to manipulate voter registrations to their advantage…forever. I can just picture a room full of Democrat operatives sitting in front of their computer monitors churning out fake registrations with the only verification being an electronic signature. That’s step one in their quest for totalitarian one party rule.

Next up in this leftist grab for one party rule… Automatic Voter Registration.

Automatic Voter Registration

That’s right. Every single person who is “eligible to vote” will automatically become a registered voter, whether they want to or not. This is another key to the Democrats plan for one party rule.

This Act states your personal information will be sent, “by electronically transferring the information necessary for registration from government agencies to election officials of the State so that, unless the individual affirmatively declines to be registered, the individual will be registered to vote in such elections.” And, “…an explanation that voter registration is voluntary, but if the individual does not decline registration, the individual will be registered to vote.”

And who will be handling your private information? It can be anyone because the Act states, “Nothing in this part shall be construed to prevent a contributing agency from contracting with a third party to assist the agency in meeting the information transmittal requirements of this part, so long as the data transmittal complies with the applicable requirements of this part, including the privacy and security provisions of section 1015.”

So your local government can use a 3^rd party services from God knows where to handle your private information.

Think about it. Some States, like the People’s Republic of New York where I live, allow illegal immigrants to obtain drivers licenses. What safeguards, if any, would be in place to ensure they do not get registered to vote? If the leftists have their way, none.

And let’s be honest, there are some people who simply should not be voting. People who do not have the slightest clue as to what is taking place in society around them, nor do they have the desire to find out. People who you wouldn’t trust deciding what you should be eating for lunch, now all of a sudden will be choosing who will be making the laws. I for one firmly believe that just because someone is eligible to vote, doesn’t mean they should actually go out and do so. Forcing people to take the initiative to physically have to fill out a voter registration form and send it in helps to ensure we may be getting people registered who actually may care. Giving out blanket voter registrations to every single eligible person removes this important safeguard. The system will suddenly be inundated with millions of stupid people who never had the desire to vote, suddenly doing so. And we all know that stupid people largely vote for leftists.

Then we have Same Day Voter Registration.

So to ensure even further that voter fraud can be institutionalized in our electoral system this Act requires that people be able to register to vote, and then vote on the very same day.

“Each State shall permit any eligible individual on the day of a Federal election and on any day when voting, including early voting, is permitted for a Federal election — to register to vote in such election at the polling place…and to cast a vote in such election.”

So just imagine during your local Congressional election your candidate appears to be behind on Election Day. No problem! Just go round up a bunch of illegal immigrants, homeless people, or even people who may have already voted and get them to register to vote, maybe even using a fake ID you provide, and get them into the polling place to vote for your guy. Who knows? You might even give them a few bucks for their trouble!

Now just in case this isn’t enough to swing elections in your favor if you are a tyrannical Democrat hell bent on getting your Party the One Party Rule they dream of, you can also use this Act for the Voter Registration of Minors.

Registration of Minors

The Act states, “A State may not refuse to accept or process an individual’s application to register to vote in elections for Federal office on the grounds that the individual is under 18 years of age at the time the individual submits the application, so long as the individual is at least 16 years of age at such time.”

Of course the Act also says, “Nothing in paragraph (1) may be construed to require a State to permit an individual who is under 18 years of age at the time of an election for Federal office to vote in the election.” But it doesn’t say a 16 year old can’t vote in a Federal election.

All those years of experience certainly make 16 year olds wise and worldly enough to choose the leaders of a powerful nation right? Of course not! But if you’re dreaming of forcing one party rule onto a population it’s a great bet to have easily manipulated children voting for you.

The Act also wants to give another solid Democrat voting bloc the ability to cast ballots by Allowing criminals to vote.

Allowing Criminals to Vote

“On the date determined under paragraph (2), each State shall notify in writing any individual who has been convicted of a criminal offense under the law of that State that such individual has the right to vote in an election for Federal office pursuant to the Democracy Restoration Act of 2021 and may register to vote in any such election and provide such individual with any materials that are necessary to register to vote in any such election.”

That’s right. So all of those child rapists, murderers and other assorted criminals get to have a say in who will rule over you. I can see the “Pedophiles for Democrats” club forming in prisons across the country right now.

And we know criminals love the Democrats because the Democrats love them. It’s a sad bit of commentary on the Democrats that they are willing turn one of our most sacred duties as free people, voting, to murderers and rapists on their quest for one party rule.

As far as Election Day is concerned, that becomes a thing of the past because this Act Makes early voting being available mandatory.

Early Voting is Mandatory

“Each State shall allow individuals to vote in an election for Federal office during an early voting period which occurs prior to the date of the election…”

In my opinion, Election Day should be just that…a day.

If you can’t vote on Election Day then request an absentee ballot. Otherwise get up off of your couch and go vote. But if we are going to allow early voting, then it should be mandatory that people be allowed to change their vote up to Election Day. That way if you suddenly come out of your moment of insanity and realize the candidate you cast an early vote for is a demented old man who is in the pocket of the Chinese Communists and has a crack-head son who sold the country out to the highest bidder, you can change your vote.

And probably the biggest Coup de grace for the freedom of this country is the Acts’ Promoting Ability of Voters to Vote by Mail.

Vote by Mail for Everyone

Who said, “Vote by mail is, however, likely to increase the risks of fraud…” and, “…absentee balloting in other states has been one of the major sources of fraud.”?

No, it wasn’t President Trump. In fact it was Jimmy Carter in his September 2005 report Building Confidence in U.S. Elections.

Voting by mail is also severely restricted, if not outright banned, in most major developed countries.

An August 2020 report from the Crime Prevention Research Center states, “Among the 27 countries in the European Union, 67% ban mail-in absentee voting unless living abroad and another 26% require a photo-ID to obtain a mail-in absentee ballot. Twenty-two percent ban the practice even for those who live abroad. There are sixteen countries in the rest of Europe, and they are even more restrictive. Every single one bans mail-in absentee voting for those living in the country or require a photo-ID to obtain a mail-in ballot. Sixty-three percent don’t allow mail-in absentee ballots even for citizens living outside of the country. So for Europe as a whole, 74% ban absentee ballots for citizens living inside their country and an additional 21% require photo voter IDs. Indeed, in Europe there are only two countries that don’t have these restrictions: Germany and Hungary, though unlike the United States people must prove their citizenship to register to vote.”

But the leftists here in the U.S. are pushing to implement a virtually unrestricted Vote by Mail scheme in their quest for one party rule over you.

Would you expect anything less from the Party that so successfully used Vote by Mail to steal the Presidency and other offices in the 2020 elections?

H.R. 1 states, “(a) Uniform Availability Of Absentee Voting To All Voters.—“(1) IN GENERAL.—If an individual in a State is eligible to cast a vote in an election for Federal office, the State may not impose any additional conditions or requirements on the eligibility of the individual to cast the vote in such election by absentee ballot by mail.”

So a state will no longer have the ability to control who and under what circumstances a voter may vote by mail.  This is Federal usurpation of a States right to control how elections are carried out in their jurisdiction. It is also designed by the leftists to ensure that they will forever have access to one of the most effective ways to steal elections.

Part of the provisions this Act requires is the prohibition of a State requiring someone who wants to vote by mail to present identification, “PROHIBITING IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT AS CONDITION OF OBTAINING BALLOT.—A State may not require an individual to provide any form of identification as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot…”

A State also is not allowed to, “… require notarization or witness signature or other formal authentication (other than voter attestation) as a condition of obtaining or casting an absentee ballot.”

Imagine that! The leftists don’t even want people to prove who they are when requesting an Absentee (mail in) ballot.

As if this isn’t enough this Act then requires that this Vote by Mail scheme by cemented in perpetuity, “…At the option of an individual, a State shall treat the individual’s application to vote by absentee ballot by mail in an election for Federal office as an application for an absentee ballot by mail in all subsequent Federal elections held in the State.” Just imagine all of the millions of dead people who will continue to receive Vote by Mail ballots long after they have met their maker.

And what if an election official determines there is something wrong with the mail in ballot? The Act states, “An election official may not make a determination that a discrepancy exists between the signature on an absentee ballot and the signature of the individual who submits the ballot on the official list of registered voters in the State or other official record or other document used by the State to verify the signatures of voters unless—“(i) at least 2 election officials make the determination; and“(ii) each official who makes the determination has received training in procedures used to verify signatures.”

So in other words, two Democrat election officials can get together and determine that all of the ballots for a Republican candidate are ineligible. Sounds fair right!?

And how do you go about requesting a mail in ballot as per this Act? “METHODS FOR REQUESTING BALLOT.—(A) IN GENERAL.—In addition to such other methods as the State may establish for an individual to request an absentee ballot, the State shall permit an individual—(i) to submit a request for an absentee ballot online; and (ii) to submit a request for an absentee ballot through the use of an automated telephone-based system, subject to the same terms and conditions applicable under this paragraph to the services made available online.”

So once again we will have that room full of Democrat Operatives going on line and making phone calls to request millions of ballots for all of the fake names and dead people they have on their lists. None of which will be verified as accurate or true.

The Act also states, “A State may not impose a signature verification requirement as a condition of accepting and counting an absentee ballot submitted by any individual with respect to an election for Federal office unless the State meets the due process requirements described in paragraph (2).”

And what does “paragraph (2)” say?

“If an individual submits an absentee ballot and the appropriate State or local election official determines that a discrepancy exists between the signature on such ballot and the signature of such individual on the official list of registered voters in the State or other official record or document used by the State to verify the signatures of voters, such election official, prior to making a final determination as to the validity of such ballot, shall—(i) make a good faith effort to immediately notify the individual by mail, telephone, and (if available) text message and electronic mail…”

What exactly is a “good faith effort”? I would bet that a Democrat Operative counting ballots from a Republican district would have a far different standard as to what constitutes a “good faith effort” from what comes in from a Democrat district.

Widespread, unencumbered Vote by Mail alone would be enough for the leftists to secure their long dreamed of One Party State. But they don’t stop there.

So how do the leftists propose we then collect all of these ballots? Do they require you to actually go to the polling place? Of course not! The Act calls for the Use of Secured Drop Boxes for Voted Absentee Ballots.

The Act says, “In each county in the State, each State shall provide in-person, secured, and clearly labeled drop boxes at which individuals may, at any time during the period described in subsection (b), drop off voted absentee ballots in an election for Federal office. Minimum Period For Availability Of Drop Boxes.—The period described in this subsection is, with respect to an election, the period which begins 45 days before the date of the election and which ends at the time the polls close for the election in the county involved.”

I can just imagine the number of these “secure” drop boxes that will be in heavily Republican areas which will suddenly disappear.

This Act also Denies states the ability to clean up voter rolls.

States Cannot Clean Up Voter Rolls

That’s right; States will no longer be able to clean up their voter rolls of all of those dead people and people who moved away. “Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, a State may not remove the name of any registrant from the official list of voters eligible to vote in elections for Federal office in the State unless the State verifies, on the basis of objective and reliable evidence that the registrant is ineligible to vote in such elections.”

This includes not being able to eliminate from the rolls any people who have never voted in any election (which would indicate the name is somehow ineligible), and the fact that the person has never responded to attempts by the State to contact them.

Why would the Act have a provision like this?

Because it would keep States from purging all of those ineligible Democrat voters the Democrat Party needs to win elections and get closer to their dream of one party rule.

H.R. 1, if passed, would result in electoral fraud being institutionalized throughout our electoral system for the benefit of the leftists…forever.

And because the leftists were able to steal the 2020 elections to illegitimately gain control of the White House and Congress, the odds are in favor of this Act becoming law.

There has been no greater internal threat to our Freedom and Liberty than this monstrous power grab attempt by the leftists who want to turn us into their own version of Venezuela where they eat steak and lobster and We The People eat garbage.
